I offer a two hour assessment to new clients. Basically, we meet, talk about your challenges/needs, I take a quick look at your systems and we decide a course of action. This could take ten minutes, or it could take all of the two hours. Generally, I like to take an hour of your time to discuss things, and then spend an hour coming up with a plan.

In the time I’m there, I’m happy to fix whatever I can. Sometimes there’s easy fixes, and sometimes there aren’t.
