What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping. Because knowing the name of every visitor is vital to our success (/sarcasm)
• We may use the information to improve our products and services. If you have a good idea, I might use it.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You may opt out of this via the contact form (where you provided your email address). Even if you don’t, I will probably forget to import the email addresses into the email software anyway, so don’t sweat it.
• We do not maintain server access logs for longer than 7 days. Logs are kept for troubleshooting purposes only and are not reviewed for normal web access activity.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

I have not implemented cookies on this site except those that may be here from third parties, i.e. Facebook or WordPress developers.

Google Analytics is installed here. GA may collect your location information, but this is aggregated and no personally identifiable information is sent back to Google Analytics.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
