Well, hello.
I’m Dave Decker, I run the popsicle stand, and I’m a technical nerd. There are three things I really like to do, work wise:
- Fix things for customers.
- Make cool things happen and try new technology
- Watch a customer “get it” and embrace new things.
To those ends, I’ve built a little company that does these things. Here’s how it plays out
- Fixing things
I love remote access! I love being able to rapidly and easily connect to a customer’s PC, and then fix it. Sometimes I use tools like Techinline, or teamviewer, or VNC, or remote desktop. Sometimes I show up in person. No matter the tools I use, I really get a lot of satisfaction out of making a rotty PC fast again, or replacing a hard drive and recovering data. I like to be a hero.
More later…
